Today 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster will be back in court.

Foster is expected to ask a judge to drop one of the weapons charges against him. 

Police say they found a high capacity magazine in his home. That type of weapon is illegal in California.

Foster’s home was searched after a former girlfriend accused him of assaulting her.

She told the cops he beat her up and threw her out of his house in Los Gatos.

Now the girlfriend is changing her story, saying it was another woman who hit her and not Foster.
