San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested Saturday night in Tampa for domestic battery.
According to an arrest report from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Foster is being held without bail.
He was arrested by police at 9:10 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt hotel where the team is staying before playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, the Associated Press reports.
This is not Foster’s first run-in with the law since joining the 49ers last year. He was arrested twice last offseason, including on charges of felony domestic violence that were eventually dropped when a judge ruled there was no probable cause after the accuser recanted and there was no other evidence.
Foster was suspended for the first two games of the season because of the arrests.
