SAN FRANCISCO (KRON/BCN) — San Francisco firefighters freed a woman trapped under a vehicle at the scene of a crash on Market Street this evening.
Around 7:15 p.m. the San Francisco Fire Department reported on social media they were responding to a crash with at least one victim at Market and Third streets.
The victim is being transported to a trauma center with significant leg injuries, firefighters and SFMTA officials said.

Drivers have been advised to avoid the area.
A Muni bus was involved in the incident, SFMTA spokesman Paul Rose said.
San Francisco police confirms to KRON4 that a Muni bus reportedly struck a female pedestrian just after 7:00 p.m. near 3rd/Kearny and Market.
The pedestrian is in “serious” condition, police said.
Traffic will be impacted in the area.
