LAFAYETTE (KRON) — A woman was hit and killed while jogging along Highway 24 in Lafayette Wednesday morning.
The accident happened at around 11:05 a.m. near Pleasant Hill Road on Eastbound Highway 24.
Only one eastbound lane of Hwy 24 is currently open.
The CHP says the woman hit may have been jogging on the freeway.
