A woman was found dead at an elementary school in Napa Sunday afternoon.
According to the Napa Police Department, at around 2:47 p.m. officers were called to Snow Elementary School at 1130 Foster Road.
Responding officers found a deceased woman on the playground.
The woman’s identity hasn’t been confirmed at this time.
Napa Valley Unified School District administrators said there was no school function during or before the time of the incident.
Napa police say parents are being notified of the incident and there is no threat to public safety.
