OAKLAND (KRON) — A woman is in the hospital in critical condition Tuesday morning after a suspected DUI crash in Oakland.
The crash happened Monday night at around 11:30 p.m. at Foothill Boulevard and 48th Avenue.
A 23-year-old woman was driving alone in a green Honda Civic down Foothill Boulevard when she lost control and collided with several parked cars.
The woman was unconscious when officers found her. She was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for critical injuries.
Police believe that alcohol played a factor in the crash.
The driver’s name is not being released at this time.
