AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Officers arrested an Austintown woman who they say bit her father because he wouldn’t stop talking.
Police responded to the house in the 5300 block of N. Beacon Dr. just before 6 p.m. Monday.
The father called police, claiming 21-year-old Abbigayl Sakmar bit him on his lower back.
He told officers she got extremely upset and randomly bit him when he tried to talk to her.
Sakmar said she bit him because he wouldn’t stop talking to her, according to a police report.
She told us she bit her dad because he had her in a headlock and wouldn’t let her get to her young son, although this information was not in the police report.
Officers said they could see where she bit him because the area was very red.
Sakmar was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
