KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (WANE) – Police arrested a 76-year-old Indiana woman Monday on allegations she promoted prostitution related to a sex-for-cash scheme police said had been run at a health spa she owned.

Officers with Indiana State Police, Kendallville Police, Noble County Sheriff Department and the Department of Homeland Security on Monday arrested 76-year-old Yie Sun Kim Tolley, the owner of the Kendallville Health Spa at 901 W. North St.

Her arrest came a month after one of Tolley’s employees, Yo Chin Cohoon, was arrested for prostitution, a charge that launched a full-scale undercover investigation by police into the activity at the spa.

Tolley has been charged with felony Promoting Prostitution, Corrupt Business Influence, three counts of Tax Evasion and Theft. She has since bonded out of the Noble County Jail.
