WATSONVILLE (KRON) — Police are looking for an armed robber accused of holding up a pharmacy and getting away with prescription drugs, according to investigators in Watsonville on Wednesday.
The robbery was reported at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday night at the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 1988 Freedom Blvd.
Rite Aid employees told police a man entered the store, approached the employees in the pharmacy, displayed a gun and demanded prescription drugs.
Pharmacy workers gave the man an undisclosed amount of medications, and the suspect fled the area, police said.
