WATCH: Coyote seen toying with giant rat in North Beach

We’re not sure which is more frightening – A coyote in North Beach, or the size of the enormous rat he’s playing with.

A passerby caught this video of “coyote and mouse” just before 6:00 a.m. Friday on the corner of Chestnut and Jones.

For those living in the hilly parts of the East Bay, this might not be so shocking. But in San Francisco – Definitely not something you see every day!

The viewer turns away from the animals at the last second, leaving the ending to our imaginations.
