OAKLAND (KRON) — The man who fell 50 feet from the upper-level ledge at Oracle Arena right after Game 7 of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers speaks exclusively with J.R Stone.
21-year-old Salvator Bimbo, a Warriors fan, is in the intensive care unit at Highland Hospital in Oakland.
He is in stable condition at the moment, and is setting the record straight on what happened after game 7, inside the Oracle arena.
Salvator’s father asks, “you know what happened after game 7, at the Warriors?” Salvator responds, “yes”.
His father continues to ask, “there are rumors out there that you jumped over the ledge is that true?” Salvator responds, “I did not jump. I was pushed by a Cavaliers fan.”
Salvator Bimbo is a die-hard Warriors fan, who is undergoing surgery on his elbow and more surgeries are planned in the future.
