SAN FRANCISCO (KRON/BCN) — A woman suffered critical injuries when a man driving a stolen vehicle struck her on her motorcycle in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood on Sunday morning, according to police.

The collision was reported at 9:56 a.m. at South Van Ness Avenue and Howard Street.

The suspect, described as a man in his 40s, was speeding in a stolen tan GMC Yukon when he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit the victim, police said.

The woman, identified as Rhonda Price, was taken to a hospital with critical injuries. She is undergoing her second surgery.

She also had her spleen removed.

An update on her condition was not immediately available Monday morning.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for the victim. She has been identified as Rhonda Price.
