ROCKLIN (KRON)—A university in Rocklin held a special Halloween bash for kids with hearing impairments.

William Jessup University put on its first Halloween harvest carnival Saturday night.

It was a Halloween celebration put on entirely for children with hearing impairments.

There were games and prizes for the children as well as crafts and face painting.

All the entertainment was focused on visuals.

The event was run by students and volunteers who study American Sign Language.

Organizers hope to continue the event next year.
