PALO ALTO (KRON) — The Stanford Department of Public Safety has released a sketch of a suspect in two prowling incidents on Friday morning at Stanford University.

Officials said the suspect is Hispanic, between 18 and 30 years old, with a stocky build, and has short brown hair with brown eyes. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and was wearing a gray shirt, officers said.

The sketch was released on Wednesday.

The first incident occurred at about 3 a.m. and the second between 6 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. at a residence in the 1000 block of Campus Drive. In the both incidents, the suspect lifted the covers off of a woman as she was sleeping.

In the first incident, the woman screamed and scared the man away.

The woman then searched the house for about 30 minutes and saw the man again.

From a distance, she asked him who he was and he ran out of the home.

In the second incident, the woman chased the man out of the home and into a parking lot. He was last seen running toward Campus Drive, according to public safety officials.
