SAN PABLO (KRON) — Mothers Against Drunk Driving says Contra Costa County must do a better job with monitoring repeat offenders to make sure they are not behind the wheel.
This comes after the man accused in a San Pablo DUI crash that killed four people, including two children, on Interstate 80 on Saturday has made his first court appearance.
