Video of a woman in Fremont going on a racist rant has gone viral.
Her rant was directed towards a Korean-American Air Force veteran.
In a Facebook post showing the video, James Ahn says the woman was angry at him for driving the speed limit and she wanted to go around him.
As she drove past, Ahn had his passenger start filming because he was worried that she was going to cause an accident.
That’s when she started screaming more racist things.
At one point, the woman appears to use her fingers to slant her eyes in another racist gesture.
In his Facebook post, Ahn says he is planning on reporting the woman to police for a hate crime.
But Fremont police say as much as they disagree with her actions, she did not commit any crime because of the First Amendment and free speech.
Reportedly, the woman wants to meet Ahn and apologize, but he doesn’t want to meet her.
