VIDEO: Pokémon Go players stampede in Taiwan to capture rare Snorlax

TAIWAN (KRON) — Thousands of people stampeded through Taiwan…to catch a rare Pokemon.

Pokemon Go players pushed their way through an intersection in Taipei, Taiwan after they heard of a rare Snorlax was in the area.

The man who took the video and posted it to Facebook says the crowd was mostly peaceful. They were all just rushing to catch the same Pokemon.

Pokemon Go stampedes are not unusual anymore, it also happened back in July in Central Park in New York. However, this latest video may be the largest Pokemon Go stampede yet.
