An Oakland woman is coming under scrutiny after a video was posted online showing her confronting a group of people trying to park their vehicle in front of her home.
It is the latest in a string of viral videos that appear to show racial bias or profiling in the Bay Area.
A video was posted of a confrontation that took place last weekend.
In the video, a woman confronts a group of people speaking both Spanish and English who are trying to park their car at the curb outside of her home.
She questions their immigration status while claiming to be an immigration attorney and threatens to call the police if they don’t move their car.
The video was posted by one of the family members in the car.
They say they were on their way to a party when the woman began yelling at them to move. At one point, the woman approaches the car and tries to open the doors of the vehicle in another attempt to get them to leave.
KRON4 reached out to the woman in this video for comment and have yet to hear back.
