A man who was caught on camera attacking a deli worker over a breakfast sandwich in New York City was arrested Thursday, according to police.
According to the New York Police Department, 24-year-old Edilberto Burgos attacked the deli worker on Nov. 25 and gained notoriety after the video went viral.
“Make my cinnamon toasted raisin bagel with bacon, egg and cheese,” Burgos screams in the video. “I don’t want to listen. Make my (expletive) right now! Make my (expletive) right now!”
Burgos faces charges of second-degree assault and second-degree menacing.
The deli worker was taken to the hospital for treatment of bruising and swelling.
