SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A man attacked a dog twice in a popular park in San Francisco Thursday evening, after a brawl sparked between two dogs.

According to the San Francisco police, the unidentified suspect kicked a dog in the stomach in San Francisco’s Duboce Park around 6:30 p.m. after a dog was in a brawl with his own pet dog.

The incident that was caught on video went viral on social media.

Witnesses in the park removed the dogs from one another. As the owner of the other dog was removing her pet, the angry suspect proceeded to attack the dog.

The suspect was seen wearing a brown hat with a blue and white flannel shirt.

Police said the black labrador retriever that was kicked is expected to be okay, and no other dogs or people were injured during the incident.

Police are asking the public’s help to identify this man.
