SAN JOSE (KRON) — The family of the woman known as Miss Flo, who was badly beaten during a home invasion robbery in San Jose, is demanding justice.
The man accused of the brutal beating was in court on Friday.

Despite a delay, the family is not giving up, according to KRON4’s Rob Fladeboe.
On Friday, there was another hearing and another delay in the high-profile case of 19-year-old Zachary Cuen, whose case was continued until November when he is expected to enter a formal plea.
Cuen is accused in the beating of 88-year-old Flo Douglas. It happened during a home invasion robbery at her home on Cragmont Avenue, police said.
Outside the courthouse, relatives of the woman, known simply as Miss Flo, demanded justice for her.
Prosecutors say Cuen allegedly broke into Miss Flo’s home, ransacked the place, and then demanded money, threatening to kill her.
What is not clear is whether Cuen acted alone.
Douglas is said to have made statements to suggest Cuen had an accomplice but prosecutors shed no light on that.
