OAKLAND (KRON) — An East Bay non-profit is doing its part to change the diversity imbalance plaguing Silicon Valley and the tech workforce.
And at the same, it is giving kids the hi-tech training they need to find a good job.
KRON’s technology reporter Gabe Slate met up with “Black Girls Code.”
That is a program which teaches minority kids and teenagers coding skills through workshops and camps.
