OAKLAND (KRON) — BART is experiencing a system-wide delay of 10 minutes Friday morning as it recovers from an earlier problem, according to BART officials.
A stalled train at Lake Merritt Station in the 4:00 a.m. hour prompted the initial delay.
Around 5:00 a.m., the delay was classified as “major.”
“Major” indicates a delay of at least 15 minutes, according to KRON4 traffic reporter Robin Winston.
