SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The transition of presidential power continues to be uneasy.
People are taking to the streets for the fourth night in a row, in protest of the election results, in more than two dozen cities, including in San Francisco.
Another round of protests for the Bay Area could be in store Friday night. Crowds have already gathered in San Francisco, San Jose, and downtown Oakland on Friday night.
Around 7 p.m. the California Highway Patrol used social media to warn members of the public to expect a heavy police presence near highway on and off-ramps in Oakland as officers monitor the protest.

No protest-related violence has been observed by the CHP in Oakland as of 8:30 p.m.
Other demonstrations have been reported in San Francisco and San Jose Friday evening.
On Friday, anti-Trump demonstrators stormed the steps of San Francisco’s City Hall again to voice their anger.
Children from various high schools had the day off for Veteran’s Day, so they took the opportunity to protest the election of Donald Trump. It started at 24th and Mission streets, as they marched to City Hall.
Police saw the crowd of people and started keeping an eye on them. About 50 people were part of the protest.
Organizers said they want to show that young people who can’t vote have a voice too.
