SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) — San Francisco International Airport officials are reporting both delays and cancellations Wednesday morning at the airport because of wind and weather.
The airport reported the delays on Twitter at 10:11 a.m.
Please check in with your airline for flight status. There are some delays. Thank you for you patience. #SFO

Airport spokesman Doug Yakel said the delays are 15 to 30 minutes in length, but cancellations are the more significant problem. Thirty-five arrivals and 35 departures are canceled.
Most of the cancellations are on short-haul commuter flights along the West Coast to places such as Los Angeles and Portland.
Yakel suggested travelers get in touch with their airline to see whether their flight has been canceled.
He said airlines consolidate and cancel flights to reduce delays.
