VACAVILLE (KRON) — Vacaville police are looking for a 78-year-old man who disappeared after leaving his home on Monday afternoon, police said.
Jesse Sims was last seen leaving his home around 1 p.m., while driving a gray 2005 Lexus LS 430 with the license plate number 5PTU980, police said.
Police consider Sims at risk because he has beginning stages of dementia, according to police.
He’s described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, police said.
