FREMONT (KRON) — Police across the Bay Area are looking for the owner of an unusual collection of bronze Disney character bars.

More than two dozen palm-sized decorative souvenirs, pristinely wrapped in plastic, were most likely stolen during a burglary in the Bay Area, police said. They were uncovered during a probation search in Hayward.

A man was arrested on unrelated charges, police said.

Fremont police on Wednesday posted images of the Donald Duck, Elvis Presley, and Lone Ranger palm-sized rectangular decorative souvenirs on Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook, hoping that whoever owns the collection will come to claim it.

Information on the value of the bronze bars and exact circumstances of the burglary have not been released.

Investigators are asking anyone with information connected to the case to call the police. The Associated Press contributed to this report
