UPDATE: The Union City woman has been found.
UNION CITY (KRON)—Union City police are searching for a missing 54-year-old woman who is considered at risk.
Theresa Jackson, 54, was last seen around 10:45 Sunday morning on Mission Blvd. and Decoto Road.
Jackson was last seen getting into an black car. A black man was seen driving it.
Jackson has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old which is why she is considered at risk.
She has been described as a black woman, 5 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs 150 to 175 pounds.
