SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Two Bay Area residents got lucky Saturday night when they matched 5 out of 6 numbers on their Powerball tickets.

The tickets were purchased in Sunnyvale and in Capitola, according to the California Lottery. A third ticket also matching 5 numbers was bought in Long Beach.

The winning tickets are worth $785,065 before taxes.

A New Hampshire resident holds the ticket to the $487 million Powerball jackpot, which is the eighth largest U.S. lottery jackpot.

Sunnyvale’s winning ticket was bought at the Liquor & Food store at 734 S. Fair Oaks Ave. Capitola’s winning ticket was purchased at Quality Market on 300 Capitola Ave., said officials with the California Lottery.

The winning numbers were 11-17-21-23-32, with a Powerball of 5.
