SONOMA COUNTY (BCN) — Two men who were found sleeping in a car outside Graton Resort & Casino west of Rohnert Park were arrested Wednesday morning for possession of stolen property, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
Armando Lopez, 29, and Filemon Vazquez-Montoya, 21, both Santa Rosa area transients, were in a silver Toyota Camry that had been stolen in Rohnert Park on Tuesday, sheriff’s officials said.
Sheriff’s deputies found several vehicle keys and items related to vehicle thefts, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Lopez was arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant, possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Vazquez-Montoya was arrested on an outstanding methamphetamine-related warrant, possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools.
