SAN FRANCISCO (KRON)—Two people were injured in shootings that happened Sunday in San Francisco’s South of Market and Tenderloin neighborhoods, according to police.

The first shooting was around 1:30 a.m. on Sixth Street near Market Street where a 37-year-old man was shot by 2 men in a silver car, police said.

The victim is recovering in the hospital and has non-life threatening injuries.

The second shooting happened around 11 p.m. on the 400 block of Eddy Street.

A witness said he heard a gunshot and saw the victim running around the corner and falling to the ground.

The 28-year-old man had one gunshot wound in his upper torso.

The male suspect left the scene on foot and has not been found.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
