SAN JOSE (KRON) — Two men have been arrested for the fatal shooting of a 57-year-old man in San Jose on Sunday.
Heriberto Quintana, 18, and Santiago Gonzalez, both from San Jose, have been charged with the death of 57-year-old Eddie Garcia Jr.
Officers arrived to the scene on North 26th and Julian streets and found Garcia with one gunshot wound, police said.
The 57-year-old was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
A follow-up investigation led authorities to Quintana and Gonzalez.
Both men are being held in Santa Clara County Jail without bail.
