OAKLAND (KRON) — Oakland police are investigating a shooting that sent one person to the hospital and left another with minor injuries Monday night. A potential third victim left the scene before officers arrived.
The incident happened shortly before 10 p.m. in the 2900 block of High Street, according to police.
One man was struck in the leg and taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition. The victim is expected to survive.
Another man was grazed but refused medical attention.
Police said there is no suspect information at this time.
