SANTA CLARA (KRON)—Two men from San Jose have been arrested in connection to a shooting that killed a 22-year-old man at a Santa Clara house party last year.
Soloman Jovaan Bowen, 21, and Reymundo Duran Perez, 18 were arrested Tuesday.
The shooting happened on the 2500 block of Glade Avenue and killed Mario Hernandez-Elias.
Officers arrived to the scene just before 1 a.m. on Oct. 25 and found Hernandez-Elias in the backyard.
Police performed CPR, but they were unable to revive Hernandez-Elias. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hernandez-Elias had just moved to the United States from Mexico and did not have a criminal record.
Police are still investigating the case, police said.
Bowen and Perez were both booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
