SAN BRUNO (KRON)—Two people were arrested Thursday morning in connection with an car theft and other crimes in San Bruno.

Cherry Neal, 22, of San Francisco and Jack Toki, 28, of San Mateo were arrested on suspicion of theft, possessing a stolen car and possessing a controlled substance.

Officers responded to reports of a theft at a gas station on San Bruno Ave. around 9:37 a.m. on Thursday.

When police searched the area, they found the reported car and the suspects inside.

Neal and Toki were allegedly driving a car stolen out of Davis, police said.

Toki was found with methamphetamine and Neal was found with paraphernalia used to ingest controlled substances, police said.
