SONOMA COUNTY (KRON)—Investigators believe a shooting that killed one man and injured two people in Sebastopol Saturday night were involved in a marijuana sale, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials say they don’t know if money or marijuana was taken from the home located on state Highway 116.
There is evidence linking the case to a marijuana sale, according to the sheriff’s office.
36-year-old Nathan Proto of Sebastopol has been identified as the man who died in the shooting.
The names of the man and woman who were injured has not been released.
