If you have a peanut allergy, hands off Trader Joe’s RXBARs!
The retailer issued a recall Thursday on the following products that may contain traces of peanuts, which are not listed in the ingredients:
- Chocolate Sea Salt: UPC Number 8-57777-00423-2; BEST BY 6/10/19 to 6/15/19
- Coconut Chocolate: UPC Number 8-57777-00421-8; BEST BY 6/15/19 to 6/17/19
People who have an allergy to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if this product is eaten.
Trader Joe’s says all of the potentially affected products have been removed from sale.
If you have the recalled products, throw it away or return to any Trader Joe’s for a refund.
