SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – A police chase ended in a fiery collision killing three people in San Francisco Saturday night, according to CHP official Vu Williams.
Officers responded around 9:20 p.m. to reports of a car doing donuts near the intersection of Brannan and 9th Streets, Williams said.
As officers approached, the vehicle sped off running many red lights before colliding with a taxicab.

The suspect vehicle burst into flames, Williams said.
Fire crews found two bodies inside while working to extinguish the fire.
A third body was found ejected from a vehicle near the crash site.
All three victims were male, CHP said.
The taxi driver sustained mild to moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital for further treatment, according to CHP officials.
The suspect vehicle is described as a white 4-door Chevy.
CHP officials said the intersection will remain closed for several hours as crews work to clean the area.Bay City News Service contributed to this article
