UPDATE: The children have been found safe, Vallejo fire confirms.
VALLEJO (KRON) — Vallejo fire has tweeted Thursday night that three children have gone missing after a fire at a motor home.
Firefighters said the children, ages 10 (boy), 8 (girl), and 4 (boy) were last seen on Hodges Street and Griffin Drive. The kids were last seen running from the fire.
“Threat to the adjacent structures mitigated,” Vallejo fire tweeted after 9:30 p.m. Investigators are on the scene, and crews are remaining on scene.
The 10-year-old boy was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray sweater, and tan boots. The girl, 8, was last seen wearing a white shirt and has a thin build.
The 4-year-old boy had on a white shirt and blue jeans.
