SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A three-alarm fire broke out in San Francisco’s Mission District late Sunday night, according to fire officials.
Fire crews responded to the fire around 11:23 p.m. to the 3200 block of 22nd St., according to San Francisco Fire spokesman Jonathan Baxter.
The fire was contained as of 12:19 a.m., Baxter said.
The building is abandoned and was involved in a separate fire sometime last year, according to officials.
Surrounding buildings were evacuated and there are no reports of injury at this time nor how many have been displaced, Baxter said.
Crews will remain on scene until the fire is completely extinguished.
