SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — On today’s edition of The World According to Gary, Darya Folsom and Gary Radnich talk about the 49er’s second half slump, another impressive stat from Golden State, and pro-wrestler John Cena showing off his acting chops.

The 49ers were up by 14 points at the half in Sunday’s home game against the Jets. That lead quickly dissipated in the second half, when New York came back to outscore them 14-0. The Jets go on to win in overtime, and the 49er’s losing streak continues.

The Warriors on the other hand, have an impressive run going. They’ve gone with 111 straight regular season games without back-to-back losses. (Knock on wood!) That’s the best in NBA history by 16 games and counting.

Stanford’s men’s soccer team wins the NCAA title in penalty kicks. This is their second straight year bringing home the bacon.

Last but not least, we have “a meat head playing another meat head.” John Cena crosses over into the acting world as he plays Rob Gronkowski on Saturday Night Live.
