SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Apple’s new iPhone SE and smaller 9.7-inch iPad hits the market on Thursday morning.
But as our Tech Trends reporter Gabe Slate tells us, this launch day will be much different that others.
Apple stores usually open early the first day a new iPhone or iPad hits the market. But not this time.
They are opening at their regular hour at 10 a.m. There’s a lot less hype for this launch.
The iPhone 7 is coming out this fall, and it will get a lot more attention. But there is a big demand for this cheaper, smaller iPhone.
And as for the new iPad, KRON’s Gabe Slate has been flooded with questions about this device too.
