SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The battle is heating up between Apple and the FBI.

Some big players are chiming in with their opinion about this controversy over smartphone encryption.

An encrypted iPhone was used by one of the shooters who killed 14 people in San Bernardino, and the government wants Apple to create software to help the FBI break into the phone.
