SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Now through Sunday, if you fly a drone in the Bay Area, you could face a very expensive fine if you violate flight restrictions put in place by the feds for the Fleet Week air shows.
Our Tech Reporter Gabe Slate spoke to the local authorities who will be looking for drone users breaking the law this week.
Local law enforcement is asking drone users to respect the flight restrictions put in place for Fleet Week.
The fine is $10,000.
