SUNNYVALE (KRON) — A Placer County teacher was arrested for alleged child molestation on Wednesday in Sunnyvale, according to police.
James McNealy Carroll, a 64-year-old Roseville resident, was arrested on six counts of child molestation on a $500K felony arrest warrant, police said.
The incidents reportedly happened from the late 1980’s through 1997 while Carroll was living in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, according to authorities.
Carroll is currently employed as a teacher for Horizon Charter Schools in Placer County and is said to be active in youth ministries.
He was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.
