The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office was handling a suspicious device found at the PG&E Substation near Highway 101 on Thursday afternoon, authorities said.
But at around 6:30 p.m., the sheriff’s office said there is no longer a threat.
The substation is located at 699 River Rd. in Fulton. Both the on and off ramps to South 101 at River Road were closed and traffic was being diverted.
But they have since reopened.
Deputies and bomb squad were at the scene.
