A suspect is in custody after stabbing a victim in the Tenderloin District on Sunday morning, according to San Francisco Police Department.
Around 11:10 a.m. police responded to a stabbing at O’Farrell St. between Jones and Taylor.
Police provided aid to the victim at the scene.
The suspect left the scene but police were able to quickly find and take the suspect into custody.
Police say that the victim remains in critical but stable condition at this time.
The streets were blocked following the stabbing, however, have been reopened to cars and pedestrians.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the suspect and victim.
