MILPITAS (BCN) — A Santa Clara man was arrested Thursday in connection with a residential burglary in Milpitas.
Quang Minh Ho, 28, was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools and on a parole hold.
Officers with the Milpitas Police Department responded Thursday at 11:36 a.m. to a report of an interrupted home burglary on Strickroth Drive.
The resident came home to find someone inside the house, police said.
The suspect ran out of the house, but the resident was able to call 911 and give a good description of the suspect.
Officers quickly located the suspect, later identified as Ho, and he was taken into custody after trying to flee, police said.
Police said the suspect was in possession of items stolen from the home.
