How about one of the best in the country?
The financial website WalletHub puts Mill Valley at No. 4 on their top 10 best ocean beach cities.
Others on the list include Lahaina, Hawaii at No. 1.
Naples is at No. 2. Sarasota is at No. 3 and No. 5 is St. Augustine.
The survey took things like affordability, health, safety, and quality of life into consideration.
And taking into consideration where Mill Valley is on a map, it’s surprising to have it listed as a beach town.
It is right in the bay, but only a small portion of the town is even near the water.
