SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A woman carrying a gun in her bag robbed a bank in San Francisco’s Sunset District Friday afternoon.
The woman walked into a bank in the 2000 block of Irving Street just before 5 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money.
According to police officials,the teller told police he saw a handgun in the suspect’s bag. He gave the suspect cash and she fled north on 21st Avenue.
The suspect is identified as a woman believed to be in her mid 20s,the suspect was driving a black sedan, police said.
